Anything that creates serious risks to public safety is not a good idea.

This development will directly affect Thrive Counseling Center's daily operations and ability to serve Oak Park residents, including individuals experiencing mental health crises, mobility challenges, and other urgent needs. I believe Oak Park can grow responsibly without putting people and essential services at risk.

I support the petition and oppose the development that is not supported by city infrastructure and would cause unusual inconvenience to the surrounding community.

As an employee of Thrive, I oppose this project. I am a person with a severe visual impairment and the increased traffic and congestion would pose a significant risk to me in safely getting to and from work.

I attend Thrive Counseling Center and they have saved and changed my life. I don't want to see anyone not receiving the exception treat I and others get. Thank you for your attention, Joe

Why do we need another luxury apartment building when we are already strapped for affordable housing? It's literally dystopian to think that developers want to cram a building with a lift for cars when we literally have people in need walking our streets. Gross.

This would be a horrible idea for an area already limited with space. Find somewhere else!!!!

Classic oak park… inclusion for all, but only if you can afford it. Oak park is only seeing dollar signs and are completely ignoring the logistics. Oak park leadership is a perfect example of trashy Illinois politics.

This will cause safety risks during construction as well as untenable congestion issues in an area that is flooded with luxury apartments.

I am opposed to the development at 1035 South Blvd because of the impact it will have on my company's ability to serve the mental health needs of Oak Park. I am also concerned about the significant congestion during and after construction
