Truly out of touch with the neighborhood. 15 stories??? Please tell me where that is warranted. There are plenty of economics with a lower density development. Just ask the developers. They are doing just fine with Hayden.

I am strongly opposed to the proposed 15 story building. The hight is out of character with the area and the density is high for such a small street.

Strongly oppose the excessive development in the area and the strain that it has put on local streets, schools, parks. This is hindering property values, security and quality of life for local residents. It is disappointing that local officials have decided to let building after building exceed the historical story limit in the area. Strongly oppose this yet another increase.

Absolutely oppose this increased development...I live here and the development would create massive pressure on local resources, traffic, and even the look of the neighborhood. Very opposed to this.

This would be terrible for the neighborhood. Traffic congestion is already at what feels like peak capacity, this would break the system.

The height and scope of this prosposal is in conflict with the current designated zoning, approval, neighborhood plan and the wishes of the existing residence. Aside from that, the lots in which this proposed building would be installed is on a side street and could not handle the level of increased traffic and density.

Excessive developer greed will kill the budding West Loop neighborhood. A 9 storey building in a predominantly mid rise neighborhood is already too tall, but a 18 storey high rise will stick out like a sore thumb and put unmanageable pressure on public amenities including the Skinner school, the overcrowded Green Line CTA and the stop-and-go traffic in the neighborhood.
