Sahuarita is a rapidly expanding community that is already experiencing the effects of rapid expanse in our schools, amenities and parks. Additional homes that don't contribute to the economic well being will create more strain.

I didn't buy a house here to be overrun by developers especially apartments.

We don't need more homes/apartments. This will destroy our small town living.

I strongly oppose to this initiative because it hurts our development in many areas, educational, financial and the overall lifestyle of the current residents at Rancho.

Please don't build so close to I-19. No one wants to live that close to a major freeway.

I'm against the Copper point Development project. It will overcrowd our already overcrowded community and increase the student teacher ratio even more. This is not a good idea at all. I have been living here in Rancho since 2007 and love how much it's grown especially with the local businesses but we do not need additional housing and families. I will move if that happens.

I'd be okay with it IF they made it part of the Rancho Sahuarita area.

This community is so congested to add another community without adequate facilities such as schools, hospitals, fire stations, parks larger road to accommodate these residents and so on, we will lose the beauty of Sahuarita. Apartments houses are no place for Sahuarita.

Too much strain on the current resources with no plans for additional amenities, schools, etc to account for the heavy increase in population size

The town needs to hold developers to the fire and force them to build neighborhood schools and parks in exchange for approval. Building all the schools in the middle of town creates traffic nightmares and growing costs to bus students to those schools from outlying areas.
