If the builder has no plans to fund significant infrastructure needed to improve the north end of Sahuarita or fund the necessary incidental items like schools etc, I vote no.

This developer needs to pay for infrastructure, parks, and schools like everyone else. Look at the size of the tiny park they have planned. And that it! Where will their sewer plant go? And lots of high density. Don't we have enough? What we need now is diversity. Larger lots. No more zoning for Apartments, we have that already in the Town Center area.

I vote NO, until the schools, roads and amenities are finished. 10-15 more years, build away.

Not only will this project take away a lot of our running trails, but that many new family homes will strain our already over populated schools!!!
