Opposition to the Copper Point Development Project

I vote no to Copper Point, our streets are already over crowded.

We do not need high density housing in a well established family neighborhood.

I am against the new development.

Need better options for schools and roads.

If it connects, which it will, all homeowners should pay full HOA fees for upkeep of common areas. Overcrowded schools is a concern. Even more congestion on, already congested, streets.

I am concerned specifically about the impact on local schools

I do not support the new copper mine development.

This proposed development is a very bad idea. Detrimental to our schools and our community as a whole. We don't need the extra burdens that this development would inevitably place on our community.

No, this should not be considered.

I'm against the developer and his/her proposed plan. Our schools cannot support such an increase. Why do we need so much congestion in one area? Go somewhere else to build. Rancho does not want or need to added congestion.

Please come up with another proposition that I will be willing to consider. For now the Copper Point plan is unacceptable.

Wear and tear on our parks, programs, roads, and schools will cost more in the first month then their joke of a contribution of only 1,000 per lot towards education and parks. They need to pay HOA to partake in amenities as well as schools... our resources were not designed to support their estates and Building a quick sewer system will lead to unwanted air pollution of human compost. Smaller multifamily residence bring down home values and increased crime rates which will have a negative effect on our appealing low crime and high end living appeal that Rancho Sahuarita prides itself on. The use of Rancho roads due to failure to plan an appropriate evacuation road is negligent on their part and a sneak preview of how they will cut costs later and leave Rancho Sahuarita responsible of picking up the bill to ensure our area doesn't take the full impact of their short comings. These cheep short cuts already show that it's a fly by night organization hoping to dump their trash homes, collect as much money as they can and as quickly as they can, then pull up stakes and leave Rancho to clean up the mess.
