As an Arbor Creek homeowner, I/We oppose the proposal by Summit Property Development for rezoning from "E-1" General Commercial Planned Unit Development to Planned Unit Development. This Planned Unit Development allows for 285 apartments on 24.3074 acres (Parcel 1) and commercial uses on 4.6778 acres (Parcel 2), and is generally located on the west side of Saints Boulevard, approximately one-half mile north of East 2nd Street, south of Danforth Road in Edmond, OK.
