With all due respect, I don't see how adding 32 new units of housing (and at most around 120 people) in a town of over 13000 people is going to negatively impact our schools.

Our town needs to focus on improving existing housing stock and encouraging developers to utilize blighted ar as not untouched ones.

Narrow, winding roads in the area would not be able to adequately handle additional traffic. South Meadow is a constant stream of speeding cars even now.

We have plenty of foreclosures & new developments that haven’t been finished. We don’t need another construction company throwing up more housing no one can afford!

We don’t need anymore condos. There’s plenty of empty ones in the Green St and Ridgefield developments because no one wants them and they’re too expensive.

This plan is too big for this area. It's adjacent to a very fragile wetlands that has suffered alterations over the past decade. It needs to be protected rather then suffer more infringement.

There is such beauty in this undeveloped land.....there is no need for another development.

Massachusetts green areas need to be protected. Overdevelopment will create a new Bay Area.

I don’t feel this building proposal is good for the town, the neighborhood, or the environment. That area is a beautiful wood setting and I cannot agree with cutting down all of those trees. The infrastructure impact for the town including the roads and the schools would also be detrimental.

I live at 7 Wilkate and based on the horrible shape of the roads in this town, adding additional traffic to the streets will only compound the problems we have with the infrastructure of our roads.

There is too much wildlife in this area that will be disturbed and uprooted.
We do not nor can the town support it.
