What they want to build does not match what os in the current infrastructure and will only create more unsafe roads, bring down the value of our homes and potentially cause issues with the environment (flooding) around us.

This is a not an example of NIMBY, "not in my back yard" but rather a request for the council to stick the original plan, which did not include this type of development here; to consider location for so many valid reasons clearly outlined in this petition, but so heavily focused on safety. This area will become far too congested and only add to noise and light pollution already occurring. Please listen and consult before you let a developer come in and clear cut just to increase our tax base.

With the casino property getting a hotel, with the proposed Cosco and the existing school on Ramblewood there will be traffic congestion already. Add a townhouse development and it will be worse.

Too high density and no consultation with the voters in the area as it was with Costco.
Too close to school

I do not reside on that street, but knowing this would detract me from buying in that area. I imagine it could affect property values in some way?

This is a bad idea. The traffic on Ramblewood is already too high for residential neighbourhood which will increase dramatically once Costco opens.
There is a huge issue with pick up and drop off at the local school - lack of roadway for parents to drop off and pick up their children.
Where will all the snow be removed to? With such a condensed area, I cannot see how this will work logistically.
The removal of the forested area will destroy the natural habitat of wildlife on the area which has already seen a significant decline over the past three years.
