We already have enough issues with drivers exceeding the 30 mph speed limit - many of them workers. If another few hundred are added to the mix, it will be a recipe for disaster, especially if they are using the Tonne exit from their neighborhood into ours and then trying to make up for lost time.

This is not what the residents were told. We were mislead by Meritage and the county. An exit on Tonne is not the answer.

I am against so many things about this new neighborhood.

I am concerned about the development's ingress and egress merging with that of Schoenthal Ranch. Hundred's of additional cars all fighting for Schoenthal Road.

I am also opposed to placing a stop sign at the front of our community while the new community either has a yield sign or no traffic control sign at all. Both communities should have the same type of traffic control, either both yield signs or both stop signs. It would not be fair for residents of the established community to be required to stop and wait for traffic from a much larger, newly developed community. Traffic control measures should be consistent and equitable for all residents.

I have similar concerns for the Schoental Road entrance. Very poorly considered.

This will also cost the loss of many wildlife species that live in the area.

Great call! This petition is only for Schoenthal Ranch residents.

We do not need all these vehicles in our subdivision. We all have animals and wildlife in which Meritage Homrs is already destroying.

This should be decision of existing schoenthal ranch owners not meritage homes changing the rules after the game has started.
