This is not the kind of growth our community needs. Also, it is harmful for the already growing demographic of unlawful individuals in our community. I oppose a casino anywhere in the Indian Wells Valley area.

PLEASE, no Casino! This will bring up our crime rate, let alone debts. Yes people need to have control. This will cause more negative then positive!

Just one persons' life that is destroyed through gambling addiction makes any $$ gained from this Casino become blood money. NO CASINO.

I don't mind a casino locally; just not in the location indicated. Place it out on N. China Lake Blvd or West Inyokern Rd. NOT ON CHINA LAKE BLVD

I oppose the casino in Ridgecrest and close surrounds. We should not be swayed by the dangling of big money for the city in front of us.

Nearly every study out there shows that crime significantly increases in areas that have casinos.

I oppose the casino in Ridgecrest. Gambling addiction can cause a great deal of pain to families.

Oppose, especially in projected location (i.e., next to high school & soon to be middle school), plus the fact removing a local jail. In my opinion, completely not a logical/smart decision for our community /youth. To my knowledge there is no adult probation officer in this community & we have enough bars for people to succeed at getting DUIs. Horrible decision. Let's put in a youth sports complex instead and not encourage or promote casino in our already struggling community.

The casino will not have a positive impact on our community! Think about it!

Sure, more poverty, more crime, more drugs and alcohol. Just get more money out of the deal so you can add welfare programs, hire more police, reopen the jail, and open new rehab facilities. The crumbs ($$) that are being offered by the Reservation WON'T PAY THE BILL!!!

Keep the jail open first. Then worry about funding this crap
