A 24 hour alcohol and tobacco store at this location would change the character of the downtown and negatively impact health.

No benefit to us. they will just try to push out the other smaller businesses. Not a good fit, We already fine and have the new mobile station across from Macy’s. this will bring incredible traffic to the center of town.

No to 7-11. We don’t need a 24/7 convenience store which will create undue traffic on an already congested road and will certainly lead to more accidents when entering/exiting the store.

Too much congestion now; nothing this store adds to the needs of the community. Location is perfect for an old fashioned Dairy Queen or something similar.

Site is redundant and would conflict with existing businesses offering the same product and services and therefore is not unique ( the only difference is that they 're open 24 hrs/day)... would not conform in overall Plandome Road storefront designs ! Volume of cars, entering /existing driveway at that "cramp" location would only serve to snarl and exacerbate existing
congestion !
I just don't see the benefit(s) ?

7-Eleven is not needed in our town!
Our Small town will have congested traffic On Plandome Road...
