Proposal at 35 Fuller Street: RIGHT-sized not Over-sized!
I have reviewed plans for the new building at 35 Fuller Street by Beauport, LLC. The proposed building is too large for the neighborhood, will overshadow nearby buildings, will create traffic and parking problems and will be substantially detrimental to the neighborhood. I respectfully ask the Gloucester City Council to deny permits for this proposal.
