The property owners of Howell Park have come together to express our universal opposition to Mill Creek's request for a PDS at the corner of Hall St and Howell St in Uptown. Like homeowners all around the City, we made our purchase decisions based on the character of the neighborhood and the zoning in place that serves to protect it. This PDS is proposed entirely for the financial gain of the seller who has chosen to leave our community. It provides no consideration for the infrastructure restrictions of our street and the ensuing congestion that will inhibit access to our property for years to come. We will still be here after the current landowner is gone, so we simply ask that the City respect the rights of the tax-paying, voting homeowners of Howell Park.
