I strongly oppose this project. I am concerned that it will bring crime and pollution to the area . Where will the water come from to water these plants? Nacimiento is already in a battle over water rights and this will be another drain on the community

381-206 This facility would have many negative impacts on Oak Shores, other nearby communities and the environment. I am particularly concerned about the light pollution this facility will generate from difference sources and its effects on the surrounding animals and ecosystems.

I vehemently oppose this project!

Please do not allow this proposed Marijuana Manufacturing facility to go further with their plans. This will have serious consequences for all of us who love and enjoy Oak Shores. Thank you to Steve Gutierrez for his very well written letter. Steve no doubt had to deal with the fallout from these Companies that impact us and take away what we all worked so hard to have here at Oak Shores

It will devalue our properties & lead to potential future criminal activity.

My concerns are for our water supply, the smell that it will create, harm to our wildlife, and harm it may be to our community.

I oppose having a cannibus growing and/or production facility built in our rural area. It will undermine the ecosystem, be unhealthy and unsightly for those of who live nearby, and will cause high traffic and trucking in and out of our community. Those of us who moved to this area, did so to get away from urban areas with pollutants, contaminates, traffic and noise. Don’t allow this project as it will ruin the tranquil and spectacular countryside we call home.

Against effects of these drugs; the increased activity and smell, etc

Please do not take away our serine valley and give it to the pot growers, we love our beautiful drive out to our place in Oak Shores. DON'T TAKEIT AWAY!!!!!!

This cannabis project is not inline with surrounding area, farms, ranches, lake recreational neighborhoods. The water use will be harmful to the lake. The grow will offensive for home owners. I do not approve of this project. Respectfully submitted, Lisa Katherman tract 299 lot 285
