Opposition to Loop 360 Development #SPC-2016-0453C 

Please respect the desires of the homeowners in this area and do not approve this requested development. There is just not sufficient roadway or water capacity to support it; it would horribly impact our already awful traffic problems, and I truly can't believe the proposed sewage plan is legal. Please do not approve this project!

We are opposed to this development (and are appalled that a private residential lot is being used for waste disposal.) The density of this area is already stretching our resources. Stop this plan!

The idea of risking the health and environment of an entire neighborhood by spraying sewage onto a neighborhood lot is outrageous. The likely effect will be major damage to the value of many homes in the neighborhood is obvious. I am outraged that our government would even allow such a proposal to advance to this stage.

Please don't approve of a project of this size that creates so many problems with sewage, water pressure, schools, and traffic.

The use of a residential lot for sewage dumping is not acceptable and the water is already a problem.

This is simply not acceptable to increase all the current issues of this area. Help those that live here and pay taxes here for these services which are not up to par! Be responsible, please! Say no to additional development!

Absolutely irresponsible - we already have out of control traffic and a streached infrastructure.

I am strongly opposed to this 360 Development project because of the additional traffic problems it will cause on 360.

This development proposal is irresponsible and reckless. It is hazardous to the health and welfare of the residents of Rob Roy as well as neighboring office complexes. As a resident of Rob Roy, I adamantly oppose this development. I strongly encourage you to deny this request.

Water, sewage, schools and traffic. Already at capacity.

I’m opposed to#SPC-2015-0453C for the stated reasons.

Using 25 St Stevens for sewage waste treatment, as environmental engineer, Dr. Ross indicates is potentially dangerous to the health and well being of our community. Additionally, the WCID #10, 12 inch water line supporting all Rob Roy is not adequate to support increased significant routine daily usage much less emergency fire usage needs of the dense development currently planned at 800 Capital of Texas Highway. Furthermore, tapping into the water line will mean excavating RR streets which are not maintained by Travis County - RR residents maintain all road internal to RR.

I don't agree with the building of the apartment complex. It will be detrimental to our neighborhood.

The health risks associated with the disposal of sewage from an apartment complex in this manner are unacceptable. Approval of such a plan would endanger the health and safety of all residents of the neighborhood and should not be allowed.

We do not want to see the apartments going in on Loop 360 as it will hurt our neighborhood. Sewage plans pose problems that would devalue our properties, there is not enough water for existing homes and this would add more, and the influx of all this high density housing overcrowds our schools.

Has the current president of the Rob Roy Association we want to represent our strong opposition to the project as planned

It would be hard to overstate the extent to which the "spraying of sewage water" has the potential of adversely affecting the quality of life and the property values in this neighborhood, and this is something that could never be forgotten.

The Commission should not allow the developer to use a residential parcel for sewage waste treatment.

Should The Reserve office complex be concerned about the sewage issue?
