I strongly oppose the proposed modification to the former Summit Charter School. As a lake front owner since 1968, I feel the change in status and development of the proposed multi-family usage will permanently damage the quality of the lake and property values.

It is zoned what it is for a reason. Where are we on the unbiased traffic study the City of Maitland discussed at the last meeting?

As a residence of Florida Haven. I am not in agreement to over development of this property. If there is construction then I recommend a proportional size park to separate the lake from any structures. Natural filtration to a pristine lake is the only way to save the lakes high quality. No run off to the lake is acceptable.

I am in complete opposition to the zoning change of the area located West of S. Orlando Ave/US 17-92 and North of Maitland Blvd

Me and my family are strongly against the zoning change on the East side of the Stonehill subdivision.
