Hostelworld has announced it will be increasing the service fee from 10 - 12 % and even to 15% for certain accommodation and in some countries. We are against this move as Hostel owners and employees as it will affect our business. We will either have to increase prices so the customer will end up paying more or we will have to absorb this cost into an already tight profit margin.
