Until we get a handle on the Phosphorus and extreme nutrient load on Grand Lake St. Marys, I am not in favor of increasing the potential animal waste load.

This proposed business is NOT environmentally friendly and it is NOT humane. This business is NOT what the area needs or wants.

The water shed has to much stress already with the present lack of support from many farmers. It is past time to fine those who can't follow the rules. If anyone spills anything the EPA goes nuts unless your a farmer. What right do they (the Farmers) have polluting the water system.

Are we trying to totally destroy any hope of the lake becoming once again a viable part of our community? In actuality, under CURRENT conditions the lake is a "community negative". There are a tremendous number of folks in the community working to fix this. Please don't help make it even harder for our community to attract outside development in the area!

Grand Lake St. Marys is already taking in way more of a nutrient load than it can handle. We know this by what is happening NOW ! Gives this lake a break...so much depends on it!

Insanity: one department of government granting permits that will add to the contamination and deterioration of Grand Lake St Marys, while another department invest millions of dollars to initiate the clean-up of the lake. Please stop the proliferation of contaminated run-off into our recreational lake!

Please do not permit the layer hen facility to be built within the Grand Lake watershed due to the additional stress it will bring to the lake. Thank you

The Ohio Dept. Of Agriculture has never denied these types of permits. Important that all citizens draw a line in the sand now.
