I am a mother of 3 in each grade school level (HS, MS, ES). More and more parents voices are silenced or not heard at all across the board whether its teachers, administration, and now the BOE. It has to stop. NOW.

This must need to be removed: For scheduling purposes at regular board meetings, speakers for non-agenda related topics must sign up at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting with the Clerk of the Board.

I wholeheartedly disapprove of the latest rules distributed by the BOE. The BOE should hear citizen voices on any topic not just those the board has on their agenda.
