It would have an impact on our children in the community, and cause unsolicited foot traffic in our area, along with Vandalism. Intense drug treatment should be done in a medical facilities along with counseling not within a former Church. I know that folks need help but to make an attempt to treat someone when drugs can be brought less than a hundred away on Norfolk Street. We need to get real! Have any positive statistics been shared with the Community that proves that these places help or is this a money grab to keep the building standing. Let's make it a Community Center for grade school youth to keep track and help change their mindset. That's positive!!!

this is a small residential neighborhood. There are no plans from the church on how to protect our homes and our families and our children. There is no security that they can provide to do that.

This is a homeownership/school area and a drug treatment facility should never be in a residential neighborhood

Per the program, it sounds very helpful and certainly needed. However, the placement of this center is not good. We are in an area surrounded by impressionable children and schools for miles around. Also, being on the property of Society Hills III where the homeowners and tenants are paying to keep the place clean and to keep people from doing damage to the property. The NJIT dorms have just been built here. As mentioned above, its a definitely a needed program, however this is not the right place. THINK ABOUT THE YOUNG IMPRESSIONABLE CHILDREN.

I have major safety regulation and monitoring concerns. I have observed the activities that take place in the church and are unsupervised and sometimes unorganized. I doubt that this will change. It has become a public safety concern
