I oppose this type of business near our community of Oak Shores. It brings the wrong element to our wonderful community. Please deny this application.

This project would be situated too close to the family oriented community of Oak Shores. SLO Planning Commission please act responsibly and deny the application for this permit. 381/047

Not the appropriate location for this type of business. Too close to recreational and residential properties

Please stop this insanity. This is will be a terrible addition to the area and has no place near our beloved Lake Nacimiento. This is the second proposed marijuana cultivation facility near Oak Shores and both are bad ideas. Cultivating marijuana in liberal California may be legal, but that does not make it welcome in or near our community. They should take this type of operation to a rooftop in the cesspools known as San Francisco and Los Angeles where the majority of their customers reside. Please don’t allow this proposal to proceed. Thank you.

I strongly oppose this cannabis farm and production being near my home in Oak Shores at tract and lot 378-H0004. This is a family community and not a place for this kind of business!

Asa rresident of Oak Shores, I oppose having a cannibas facility approved in our area. We recently opposed a similar facility and that precedent should guide the county’s denial of this facility too. All of the toxins, pollutants and additional traffic on agricultural protected land should never be allowed.

Same issues as with the Lynch Cyn Cannabis Farm; Fire, changing the landscape of the area, Traffic, odor, workers renting inside Oak Shores and bringing in drug related issues and just to close to adjacent homes and private communities. Enough already, the regulations pertaining to these types of businesses needs serious revamping.

20 tanks and one well gives me the impression that there is not enough water developed for this project to succeed.
