We have enjoyed peaceful rural living with quality air and water for over 30 years in Creston. We support agriculture and ranch life. Creston is not the place for this manufacturing business, it is too close to families who have chosen to live rural and work hard and make sacrifices for this lifestyle. Please do not let this business invade Creston and dramatically affect our way of life!

This is not okay. My 3 Children went to Creston Elementary school, and had there been a cannabis grow near the school, I probably would not have sent them there. I'm a long time Creston resident and I believe this is going to hurt our small community. I oppose it!

As a 30 year resident of Creston and 26 year current owner of a Home/Daycare Preschool in town, across the street from the Creston School. I oppose this project. It does not belong anywhere near our small town. Why would anyone, except the owners, think this proposal is good for our community. The use of pesticides, the size of the manufacturing and processing plant, and the proximity to our schools and town is not within the scope of ag business. It needs to be stopped and moved closer to where manufacturing is done.

Please listen to our concerned voices. We all love our rural and peaceful lifestyle in the Creston area. It’s not the place for cannabis growth or manufacturing.

Please consider the communities wishes. People do not want any sort of Cannabis manufacturing in our small community. This will be close to my residence that I share with my children as well as close to their school. The size and scope of this project is definitely not in line with our community. It will forever change the dynamic of this small town that I love. Our property values will also be adversely affected. Please keep all of this in mind when making these decisions.

As the Pastor of the Creston Community Church and a resident of the Creston Community, I would like to express my opposition to the Proposed Commercial Industrial Cannabis Facility Engrained LLC DRC2020-00115 located at 4150 North Ryan Road in Creston. This project is too close to our local school putting our children at risk. This project will irreversibly change the nature of our community. This project is completely inappropriate and should be relocated to a much more industrially regulated zone.

I have attended many CAB meetings where there have been cannabis projects presented and NO BODY in Creston is interested in having their peaceful rural lifestyle destroyed by the negative impacts these projects bring along with them. The property owners never plan to live on the project site. They that if the project works they will....ha! These types of commercial operations (not traditional agriculture) belong in a designated zone for cannabis, not in rural residential neighborhoods filled with families.

I definitely appose the proposed commercial cannabis facility on 4150 N. Ryan Road. It is a disgrace as to how the county is allowing cannabis to ruin our rural communities!

I am absolutely opposed to this cannabis facility! Our quality of life in our beautiful Creston is under attack of being changed forever. There are better areas to allow this business where they don’t impede on the health and safety of families by allowing them in rural neighborhoods. This does not belong in Creston!!!!!

We have continually said said "NOOO!!!" to these types of projects in the Creston area. There is PLENTY of other land in California to choose from for growing or other. NO to any of these types of projects for ALL the previous stated reasons. NO, we are not living here to "get used to" the odor and other problems. This project "DOES NOT FIT!"

It’s a commercial venture that does not fit in this rural neighborhood. It is a manufacturing project and not agriculture.
This industrial complex is not land use compatible with the neighboring homes and traditional agriculture farms.
Skunk-like odors from the outdoor cannabis grow that can not be contained will ruin the neighborhood's quality of life 2-3 months out of the year.
Commercial cannabis projects like this Engrained/Hall project is not compatible land use in Creston. Any kind of industrial factory does not “fit” in rural Creston.
