There is already too much traffic on this section of Bryan Rd. The water main can not handle a new development. the surrounding wells will be affected by the increased density. the crime rate will be higher. it will decrease the value of surrounding properties. There is no compelling reason stated in the application as to the need for such a change in zoning. Whomever buys this land needs to comply with current zoning regulations, as the surrounding neighbors have. Please consider carefully the repercussions on this neighborhood.

There are times that I sit in my driveway and wait 10 to 15 minutes to get onto Bryan Rd north bound. Adding to this trafiic congestion would be ridiculous!

The negative impact of this zoning change for existing residents of the subject area is significant and observable on a daily basis. The volume of traffic along this road, especially southbound, during peak times is staggering. 10 to 15 minute wait times to get through the Bryan Rd. and Lumsden intersection is common. Current conditions already result in a trememdous amount of litering along the roadside, this rezoning will only serve to worsen the existing conditions.

I do not feel that our road or utilities can handle this.

I would question if the current infrastructure could even handle the current zoning if developed.

This area is not hooked to Swere andI was told that you had to have at least 1 acer to build one home.

There are no 5000 sq. ft. lots within miles AFAIK. Please don't degrade all the hundreds/thousands of properties to benefit one or a few.

really?? How much more traffic do you think our roads can take? Development is one thing. Poor planning for development is the big problem in this county.

Traffic is already congested on Bryan Rd., especially right in this area. Also there is a new subdivision under construction that will increase traffic as well.

Our road can't support the traffic it already has, and two other large subdivisions are under construction. Enough already.

This will be a traffic nightmare. There is no reason to further congest this area. There is plenty of housing and I see no need for more.

I oppose due to traffic, property values, out of sync with current housing standards in the area and many other reasons.
