The green is a beautiful historic place that makes our town. Please do not approve this project!

Please do not approve this overuse of space. Our Hubbard green and historic main st area is not the place for such development.

I walked around the "casket company" site and was amazed with the scope of the proposal for 40 apartments and the needed parking spaces. The lot is too small for a project of that size.

The beauty and serenity of the Hubbard Green and Cemetary would be compromised with 40 apartments.....way too many. Traffic and congestion would hamper Hubbard Green events...there must be a better solution.

There should be a reasonable compromise with fewer apartments to alleviate the parking/traffic issues.

Nothing good about it. Sounds like an eyesore and financial burden on other tax payers

I walk the Green and think that 40 apartments are way too many. Guests and tenants alike will be parking around the Green. Might as well just turn the Hubbard Green into a parking lot. Oh and add more money to the Police and Sanitation budgets. This is going to ruin the Green and make it a mess.
