Development of the property would be ideal. Parking and traffic are serious issues with the current proposal.

Consideration should be given to residents living next and near the proposed development. Seems like too many units with parking issues etc.

Way too many condos for this small piece of property. Definitely not enough parking. The town green will be negatively affected.

I am hopeful that we can come to a solution that enhances the warehouse and fits in the neighborhood in a positive manner. The green area is a pearl in our historic town and appropriate reuse would be a coup for everyone. Unparallelled density, small condos, windowless bedrooms and inadequate parking is not the answer.
