Too much traffic in the area, i dont think a car wash would be the best for our neighborhood

I used to go to this gas station all the time, but ever since the new owners came in, I noticed there were a lot more tweekers and drunks hanging around the back of the mini store. The owner doesn’t really do anything about it. Would never support these people to build a car wash here- I’m pretty sure there would be more weirdos in the area

Live in the back of the property, hate the idea of having people walk down when a car wash is exiting. Bascom is a major road that will have a lot of unwanted traffic and possibly a line that would lead to the car wash spilling out onto the street.

The location of this car wash and the nuisances it brings to the community should be strong indicators to deny it from being built.

This car wash is unnecessary and most of my neighborhood does not want it. So why does this topic keep coming back?

I live in the neighborhood behind the property, and I don’t feel safe having the car wash coming off of Woodard, because of all the elementary school kids who walk down that drive way. San Jose drivers are careless as it is. Opposing the car wash !!

Remember fighting against this car wash back in 2018- too close to an elementary school, to other businesses, and comes off on a one way road, that already has a bunch of accidents on it. Plus there are apartment complexes like 50 feet away. It also has an unprotected propane tank as well as a telephone like that has been hit and knocked down multiple times. It’s just too problematic of a location
