We are employed under a Federal Contracted Security Company by the name of North American Security. We would like to send our petition to the Department of Homland Security and the Department of Labor Board opposing ANY type of involvement with the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America. This Union has previously represented us under another contract by the name of Quality Investigations and when we as employees needed them, a Union Steward was unavailable. Presently, we are forced back into the SPFPA Union and they are handling our insurance and 401K Retirement Plan. This same Union has been under criminal investigation for fraud, corruption and embezzlement. The 401K Retirement plan that the Union is forcing us into, Wells Fargo, is still under investigation by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We also have in our Federeal Protective Service contract that we are to receive Health & Welfare Pay. We are requesting that North American Security honor the contract and recompense our Health & Welfare. We have been overworked and underpaid and we need to be heard.
