We, the undersigned, residents of Smiths Falls and surrounding area, oppose Bylaw No 8761-2014 dated on the 15th day of December 2014 to rezone 1 Hershey Drive (former Hershey building) into an anhydrous pyrolysis operation ( a plastic melting process that melts 2, 4, and 5 plastics including ABS and PVC plastics) as well as an ancillary plastics storage.
