We are opposing the Ren's re-zoning and warehouse expansion as referenced in application file number 0P‐2012‐05. We feel that this re-zoning and warehouse expansion will negatively effect the hamlet of Aberfoyle for the following reason: - Negative effect on nature and wildlife - Reduction in value of neighbouring properties - Poor aesthetics of existing and expanded warehouse - Negative effect on drainage patterns - Increased traffic and noise
Please keep industrial properties where they belong, outside of our Hamlet.
