I am physically unable to attend this meeting due to another commitment. I am totally opposed to the development of this property.

Another housing development will create more conjestion on roads that are already overcrowded.

Mineral Springs traffic is impassable in the AM, High speed dangerous through traffic funnels down Pleasant drive (inappropriate) and traffic on 98 and Sherron road is already 50 times what it was 10 years ago (with no road improvement). Further development just to make a buck for big builders who will be gone with the wind should be opposed.

We do not have the roads to support the housing we currently have. Traffic already backs up terribly.
