Yule, as a pagan tradition as well as a description of the season, has been referenced in songs, product names, scents, and more for a very long time. Trademarking Yule is like trademarking Christmas.

Yule is a pagan holiday and "archaic term for Christmas" per dictionary, and should not be co-opted as a term specific to fragrance, for one company to use.
