I believe this trademark would hurt free enterprise and a tradition that has been around centuries before it.

Holidays should not be allowed to be trade-marked. You would hear no such person trying to trade-mark Christian holidays so it should not be allowed with other holidays.

I enjoy the freedom to be able to purchase Yule oils & products from multiples sellers, depending on whose version I like better. Yule belongs to everyone, it is a Holiday in our Spiritual Tradition and should not be trademarked by anyone.

This word-"Yule" is too broad of a label for any one company to use as their own exclusively. I celebrate the Yule holiday as many people do and purchase many different products that are related to it. It doesn't seem right to have one company own the use of the word for their perfume. I have purchased, oils, incense and sprays that are attributed to Yule and all the pagan holidays. All vendors of such products should be allowed to use this name-it is a widely celebrated holy day!

As a consumer and a pagan, when purchasing products, I look for the word Yule to describe the scents of that season. Most products containing the word Yule will consist of fragrances that include pine, frankincense, myrrh and mistletoe.

Isn't kind of sick where we live in a society in which we actually have to make petitions for people to not own a holiday?

No one should be able to patent a religious sabbat.

I look for Yule as a word describing what kind of fragrance to expect in scented products for the holidays.
