The proposed cell phone tower is a grossly overbuilt structure that far exceeds need and demand. It will destroy the natural beauty of the surrounding area. It is being developed and constructed by an untested firm with no track record of undertaking projects of this scope. Significant environmental, noise, aesthetic and safety adverse effects are likely to result without substantial benefit to the local Boxford community.

Strongly oppose. The health risks that public exposure to radio waves from cell phone tower antennas are unclear at best. The commercial use of land which is presently zoned for agricultural/residential is non conforming to the zoning laws of the town.
