It's not appropriate to build a storage unit next to residential townhome development. Surely this can't be the highest and best use of the land in a residential neighborhood.

This is an area of residential development. This is not the place to build a storage facility. It will cause the property value of the homes, that back up to the planned eye sore, to plummet. The amazing view of downtown, forever gone. The residents should be heard, loud and clear.

Please reconsider as doesn't fit the surrounding area that is residential driven.

this lot's zoning should remain I-2, as the current zoning has extremely liberal allowances in terms of possible methods of construction.

Please reconsider this proposal. The increase in traffic on this street, alone, will create an untenable conditions for residents as well as promoting the possibility of an increase in apt. vacancies. Vacancies will promote a decline in revenue, to include taxes to the city. Regentification of that area will go down the tube.

So much of Oak Lawn is being revitalized and upgraded, due in part to the medical district. This is a step backwards.

I believe the proposed storage facility is not compatible with existing surrounding residential properties.

Live at 2401 Douglas. I think rezoning the land to accommodate the storage facility proposed by a New York company is a terrible use of land that could be better put to use by a local owner.

The best use of this land is its current zoning. Any potential buyer of said property should build within current zoning.
