We, the undersigned, citizens residing in Community Board 3 oppose the reappointment of Ariel Palitz as a public member to Community Board 3's State Liquor Authority Licensing Committee and / or any other committee for which she is applying.
After many years serving Community Board 3 as an appointed member, Ariel Palitz was unqualified to perform her duties as a voting member due to conflict of interest and lack of impartiality.
While serving in the past, her demeanor toward public was often dismissiveand harsh,alienatingthecitizenry from participating in the communityprocess.
