Please keep a little bit of our lovely area still native the way it always was. Please don’t take down the trees and let it still be a place where natives of this area still have a place to breathe and enjoy the area. You’ll save some wildlife in the process, which whether it’s realized or not, is very important!

As a nearby resident in Franklin, also not in the city limits, I oppose this development. The 5-acre minimum was passed for a reason, we do NOT want developments like this one! Keep it rural.

I am strongly opposed to changing the zoning in the S. Berrys Chapel area from 5-acre buildable lots to 1-acre buildable lots. Not only will it change the area irreparability, the area cannot handle that sort of density on many levels. It is not in city limits for a reason.

Stop the out of control, high density growth in Franklin. We do not want to become Nashville, Atlanta or Los Angeles. We need responsible growth and preserve our quality of life.

Believe that envision Franklin intent should continue to apply to these unincorporated plats and not allow annexation as a means to circumvent the rules

I live in Farmington drive and am sick about the possibility of this moving forward. Please do not destroy this remaining piece of paradise in Franklin and slice of country life. This would be a tragedy.

South Berry’s Chapel is the most beautiful area in Williamson County and it needs to not be developed
