We do not need to be giving anyone incentives to further develop Austin, or to relocate their company here. We ESPECIALLY don’t need to be giving out incentives for housing development, in the middle of the craziest real estate market in Austin’s history! The developers are already going to rake it in. The bigger concern should be reducing property taxes, not giving them away.
And, it should be illegal for these guys to contribute to any council member’s campaign.
