Oppose the Airline Ban on Transport of Legally Harvested Animals

Being refused to transport legal, non-dangerous items via pubic transportation is an assault on my rights.

I think that all legal taken wild game should be allowed to be shipped via airlines if so desired just like other freight is shipped on airlines.

Another example of the voice of a radical minority trying to infringe on the rights of the majority. America is no longer a free America if this craziness is allowed to continue. If not for hunters most wildlife would be extinct by now.

This is damaging the very people who are desperately trying to conserve what little is left of our very beautiful wild areas and the wildlife therein -

Rather than putting your efforts into banning legally harvested game, how about focusing on improving customer service?

There are far bigger thing they could ban than something that is perfectly legal. Try terrorists and criminals.

The airline transportation ban on legally harvested animals is a irresponsible knee-jerk reaction by some that do not have real world experience and or knowledge!

The decision to ban the transport of legally hunted animals is a knee-jerk reaction to a manufactured hysteria. Ask any Zimbabwean what they think of lions, and they will tell you they're not cute and cuddly but are in fact man-eaters.

Obey the law! Don't make your own law!

This is a poorly thought out policy that does nothing to prevent the illegal taking of wild game, and only hurts the economies of the destination, along with the airline itself.

I guess I won't go on a planned trip to AK. I wonder how much damage to their /our economy this will cause. I'm going to plant a hamburger tree in my yard so I won't go hungry!

Stop trying to manage the whole world. You're not qualified.

Sport hunting makes wildlife valuable to the people who live nearby. Rather than depleting the number of animals, it promotes the health of the herd by making the local people feel that they have a real economic reason to protect the game animals. Actions such as these only serve to disrupt this positive interaction between the indigenous people, the game animals and the hunters that all benefit from legal sport hunting. We should all be working to make legal hunting tourism easier, not harder, because everyone benefits!

While I am not a hunter I oppose the Airlines putting restrictions on transporting legalally obtained items.
