Oppose the Airline Ban on Transport of Legally Harvested Animals

If the animal is legal to harvest it should be legal to transport.

I will forgo using the Airline that does this.

We would not have a problem proving game was harvested legally. We are not poachers! What we are is an extremely large group of purchasing consumers that have the right to be treated respectfully.

Please reascend the recent decision to stop transporting Legally taken trophies from around the world.

Let's carve an exception for legally-taken game, perhaps with a reasonable requirement for documentation of legality.

Knee-jerk policy changes will not help the status of endangered species.

The world needs reasoned, thoughtful solutions to the problem of poaching, not knee-jerk reactionary policy based on feel-good political correctness.

An issue with our great nation, too many concern about being politically correct and forgetting about individual rights, the pursuit of happiness and what's best for the whole.

Private business has no right to enforce activism of any kind.

Airlines should be banning a whole lot of other things that are more important. Doesn't make sense to ban something that is legal, taxed, and goes toward conservation and job creation.

I believe legally harvested animals is a proper way to control the animal population and the prevention of diseases among them. A transportation band would force a viable food source to be wasted.

If you ban legally harvested game, then you effectively ban me as an ethical responsible hunter and environmental scientist who recognizes the importance of regulated hunting in game management.

The ban impedes efforts to promote wildlife conservation and impedes effort to promote the habitat that supports animals in danger of species decline and extinction.

To limit the transport of legally harvested game on airplanes is not good because the airlines are trying to govern who can and cannot hunt.

The decision to take a blanket approach to the transportation of legally harvested game animals is an inappropriate response and incorrectly fails to distinguish between the trade and transportation of legally acquired wildlife specimens, and the illegal trade in wildlife specimens.

Stop punishing legal hunting!
