Oppose the Airline Ban on Transport of Legally Harvested Animals

Let all those who suffer from Walt Disney anthropomorphism cuddle up to Simba or one of his cousins.

All trophy hunted animals were created by GOD. Killing animals for fun, pleasure, sport, or for a frivolous trophy is a grave sin. Animals are living, feeling beings. They are not innanimate objects.

Stupid rules like these are the reasons I won't fly anymore. I'd drive across the US before I'd fly. Airlines need to stop being so liberal and use common sense. Its ok to transport meet that was slaughtered in a warhorse, but its not ok to transport legally hunted harvested meet? That makes zero sense...

Well regulated legal hunting is often the only money stream for anti-poaching and policing of endangered species. It is used also for re-establishing of range and populations and as an income for the local people as well as a means and reason to enlist their support. Often, hunt camps are the major meat providers to local tribes. The other side stands on the side, offering only vitriol and condemnation. They have forgotten where food comes from.

It will be an economic loss to airlines and the communities where the hunters hunt

Myself and my company buy about 20 ATL to Joburg legs per year on Delta and will be moving all of our business to SAA if this reactionary and misinformed ban is not lifted.

I am fully opposed to the new guidelines the airlines have invented to not carry leagally hunted animals as the Big 5 from Africa. I will always look for alternative flights until this is stopped.

Once again the media incites the ignorant about something without all of the truth. They push for truth in advertising ,but not truth in news media. I constantly see / hear blatant errors in the news reporting. shame on them and the airlines knee jerk reactions. Hunters generate billions of dollars world wide, maybe trillions in spin offs.

The ban is an ill conceived ignorant decision that requires reversal now!!!

I am an Australian Ophthalmologist who hunts both in Australia and internationally. Hunting for me is is an outdoor balance to my indoor professional life .Legally harvested trophies are my property and banning of transportation of my trophies is offensive and wrong.

I oppose airlines anti hunting attitude and I will recomend to avoid flying with them.

This is a clear offence in minority interests, and they will be followed up to payments of damages!
