Oppose Speedway's Proposed 24-hr Mega Gas Station + Convenience Store in Ellison Lake

I'm a home owner at Ellison Lake. I really don't want any gas station built in the near area please. Thank you!

Too close to the child care and homes off Ellison lakes.

Having a gas station, which is a criminal target, so close to a daycare is dangerous liability. I wouldn't won't my kids near a gas station for several reasons. First perverted people could snatch them in a blink and murder them in the near by woods before anyone knew. And then there are gas and exhaust fumes that are bad for children to be inhaling. Then adding to the congestion of the already crowded housing development is not wise because people would avoid the station so they don't get caught in said congestion.

This proposal for the new 24-hr mega gas station will totally bring day and night traffic, heavy traffic, unsafe to the community, its children will be in danger as well as bring some unwanted strangers with drugs, violence and crime on their minds. PLEASE vote NO on this proposal to permanently damage this neighborhood.

I OPPOSE this location. It would be located next to the road that is the only way in or out of a neighborhood that contains 847 townhomes and apartments.

I'm certainly supportive of development, but adding ANOTHER gas station to the area is not a productive use of the space. Count them there is a Shell, Citgo, Texaco and Racetrac in a small proximity.

Please consider: . Quality & safety of families lives . Upkeep of Ellison Lakes grounds . Safety of children at bus stops . Resale of homes . Traffic difficulties . THIS IS UNNECESSARY! THERE ARE PLENTY OF GAS STATIONS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA!!!

I oppose Speedway Gas Station at Ellison Lakes. I believe this commercial Store would have a negative impact on this residential area due to proximity to the housing development.

A 24/7 gas station would bring unwanted crime to this peaceful area.

No need more stations we already got enough to the area we need more apartment
