On April 15, 2021, multiple State Medical Associations and National Specialty Societies, including the Michigan State Medical Society, undersigned a letter addressed to President Biden supporting California Senator Richard Pan to be appointed Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
This letter writes:
"As a state Senator, Dr. Pan authored the nation’s first law to eliminate non-medical exemptions for childhood vaccines required for school."

As those of us in the medical freedom community know, HRSA is responsible for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that awards people negatively affected by vaccines through the vaccine court. To date, over $4.5 BILLION DOLLARS have been paid out to victims and the families of victims of vaccine injury and death!
The implementation of Senator Pan's infamous bills SB277 & SB276, removing and limiting access to vaccine exemption waivers for California children to attend public school, has cause California parents and doctors to be ostracized and incriminated and the children continue to suffer the most! Just since SB277 was passed in 2015, the vaccine court has paid out over $1 billion dollars in compensation!
We CANNOT allow Richard Pan to become the HRSA Administrator!
We the People need to collectively come together, on behalf of all those fighting for medical freedom, to oppose Senator Richard Pan being appointed as the Administrator of HRSA.

Senator Pan has shown that he lacks the mind set that favors freedom of medical choice, and is intent on forcing a vaccine on the citizenry - men, women and children - while that vaccine is still in the trial phase and long term effects still unknown.
We must not let Senator Pan risk the health of ourselves and especially our children He cannot be part of an organization that compensates families for vaxseen related injuries as he is biased against those families who have already suffered enough!
I complete oppose Senator Richard Pan being appointed as Administrator. He has a proven track record to take away medical freedom and informed consent in conflict with the Nuremberg Code.
I am an RN, a graduate student, and a mother of a severely vaccine injured child who went undiagnosed with autoimmune encephalitis, and has since been labeled with moderat-severe autism.
WE the people need to keep our freedom to choose what we put into our bodies. Dr. Pan has taken away all the exemptions in California. He will do the same for the country. Do not appoint this man!

This man has already proven himself incapable of making independent decisions, and of having enormous conflict of interest. Absolutely NO appointment for him. He's already taken 90K$ from Pharma to do their bidding. Stop him now before it gets worse.
