This Ebenezer Road property was on the 2009 list of vetted properties to be purchased with Park Bond 2008 funds. The Board of Commissioners can purchase this land and preserve it as a park.

NO! We do not want more traffic on Ebenezer. We have several vacant new homes surrounding the Ebenezer Road area and they are building more - we are already going to have a lot more traffic from these homes.

I will never approve destruction of the remainder of greenspace we have left. This is not about providing housing. Its about greed, paying people off to commit destruction of greenspace. You will provide public park space for our kids parents and grandparents.

Ebenezer Road is not large enough for an RSL according to the zoning code, and the density proposed is not inline with the future land use map.

Please don't ruin the integrity of Ebeneezer road by adding more houses, more pavement, more traffic, and less green space.

There are enough homes in this part of Cobb County. Save the trees. Save the environment, Save the displaced animals. Enough is enough!!!

We definitely do not need more houses in this area. Obviously this area will be a high commodity. Let's increase our property value, by keeping a limit on the growth.

Too many houses in a small area. The traffic down Ebenezer is too busy as it is. Very hard to pull out of our Hickory Woods Subdivision

Have you tried to turn left off of Sandy Plains Rd onto Ebrnezer Rd. Around 5;00 lately. There is already nog enough turn lane let alone what rezoning would do to the intersection of Ebrneezer and Blackwell. It's time to stand up and flow the housing boom in Eadt Cobb Co. Every piece of land seems to be grtting developed. What about the traffic, schools, snd over all quality of life????

I am opposed to the rezoning of the horse farm fields. Please do not do this for the good of our community and traffic congestion. NO Z-35

Cobb county officials must have their pockets being lined because any good community caring person would be trying to protect not destroy.

We would be good neighbors if we opposed this because of the quality of life of the existing residents ( traffic and destruction of green space )
