I am a resident who lives just off Ebenezer Road. I strongly oppose any rezoning of this land that results in more homes with less greenspace. In addition, our current infrastructure is not designed to support the traffic on that road as it stands. I also believe it will set precedence for surrounding land to do the same. Finally, in order to keep taxes coming into our schools we need homes that provide for that. On a personal note, I understand wanting to make money, but I find this type of development to be irresponsible and detrimental to our environment.

I oppose this proposed development as it is not in the best use of this land whatsoever.

I oppose changes from the current zoning to RSL . I feel the density will severely impact the local infrastructure and increase traffic on Ebenezer Road.

There will be too much traffic and more green space gone. I oppose. Keep the area beautiful!!!

I oppose this re-zoning for many reasons. First, this will increase the traffic on Ebenezer and Blackwell Rd. 50+ homes will increase traffic. My biggest reason for the opposition is that these people will not be contributing to local schools. We want Lassiter and Sprayberry to stay schools of Excellence and if we continue to allow people 55+ to move into our community, they will not pay those a taxes which in terms lowers our property value.

I moved to this are because there was land and not as many houses crammed into each spot of land. Please don't take that away from us!

I oppose the proposed density from R20. The greater density creates too many negative problems. Green space is scarce.

Rezoning this land would be an absolute travesty to our neighborhood. Please do not rezone the parcel on Ebenezer Road

Please keep the area low density. We are running out of green space in Cobb the roads continue to become a snarled mess.

Adding a development with such high density as being proposed is a huge mistake for this area of all single-family homes. It will have a negative impact of our streets, water and sewer. Storm water runoff will also impact homes and existing streams.

I do not want to see such density on a two lane road like Ebenezer Rd. The traffic flow will become so heavy that chances of accidents will increase greatly.

I am in opposition rezoning of these properties. The traffic in the mornings is already heavily congested between May Breeze and Blackwell. Adding a development of this size will greatly impact the traffic here.

I live in Kriston Trace and also oppose the re-zoning request.
