Oppose Re-zoning in Estes Park, CO

This would cause two of my very good friends to lose their homes, essentially putting them on the streets.

I vote for no rezoning.

We need it as difficult as possible and need the city to make sure the plans are followed

We need to protect the beauty of Estes Park and not turn it into another high density big town.

There is no legal "change of conditions", so this cannot be granted per the code. Building across the street is zoned differently.

I oppose any re-zoning of the property at 860 S. St. Vrain Ave – it is poor planning and does not take into account the greater community of Estes Park.

There isn’t any need to overload an already overloaded area.

This location is inappropriate for the proposed plan for environmental and safety reasons.

Please consider those who are living in the area; housing is wanted by all but this is not the right location.

This property is a critical wildlife corridor, and rezoning to increase density would also create dangerous traffic hazards due to the nature of the roads around it. Develop within the existing code if desired, but do not rezone!
