The traffic now is unbelievable during morning and evening rush hours. I can't even image what it will be if you put in another 200 homes in this small corridor. I strongly oppose this project.

As a resident of the town of Apex, I oppose this high density development. The increase in traffic from more residents negatively impacts the area which already has significant traffic increases in the last year due to other housing projects in the towns of Apex and Cary.

It’s too crowded already in Cary, and the traffic is ridiculous. Why are we packing in more apartments? Who is benefitting from this?

Water runoff is going to flood our yards more and eventually our houses. Roads can't handle more traffic and the children going to school and parks are going to be in jeopardy. STOP THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.

The roads can't handle the traffic. The school and park will not be cut off from our neighborhoods and unsafe for kids. And the most concerning is the water runoff flooding houses on the downhill side of this construction. I hope the Town of Cary is prepared to purchase more houses.

We have had multiple serious crashes (3 in one weekend) where N. Salem St. and Salem Church Rd. Come together. We have already added hundreds of rooftops in the form of townhome communities up and down N. Salem St.. Infrastructure is already stretched beyond thin. Before more rooftops go up, especially high density, this intersection needs to be addressed. The traffic circle needs to be built now and the road widened before it’s reasonable to even consider a development of this type. Please consider your current tax base before you try to grow it even more.

Stop greenlighting housing for more profits when schools are overcapacity and infrastructure can't handle the growth. Cary's quality of life is degrading fast.

The traffic is bad enough in this intersection as it is without 400+ additional vehicles being thrown into the mix and it is such a safety risk because of that.

This proposal, if approved, will bring decreased property values, worse traffic and noise than currently, and create unsafe conditions for the children who walk to Laurel Park Elementary School and who play in the area. Traffic already speeds through Laura Duncan Rd.; this will only exacerbate the problem
