This is a horrible idea! Adding more to an intersection that is already so dangerous seems silly. I have yet to see a DG that is well maintained inside or out. This would be an eye sore for the community.

Currently we keep our RV in an storage building, the unit got pieces stolen, there is always bad news with this type of businesses, and so close to our homes is not a well thought plan as the DG is unsafe idea for our children, please reconsider a safe proposition for this area

Overall upkeep of the property. Typically Dollar General keeps their properties messy. The yard is not mowed on a set schedule and there is boxes stacked in carts outside of the building. I can only speak for myself but I take pride in my property and I do not want to be dealing with trash that has blown out of their parking lot.

Although I don't live in this area. I feel this is poorly made decision to try and put these type businesses in this area. So many safety issues not to mention the unnecessary need for another dollar store in this area.

I keep imagining my kids getting into a horrible accident one day when they are able to drive if this does get passed. NO ONE WANTS THIS! It’s all about money and doesn’t benefit the community.

This is a big safety concern for my grandchildren that attend both Benton Elementary and Fairfield Jr/Sr High. CR 31 & US 33 intersection is dangerous enough. I cannot imagine that Attlee Schrock would even consider putting something like this at that location! Obviously he doesn’t care about the people and their families that have spent millions for their properties in Fairfield Farms and abide by strict rules/regulations

The addition of a Dollar General as well as a storage facility, would be extremely detrimental to our neighborhood, schools, kids and traffic.

Dollar General is a terrible addition to a rural area, adding traffic, congestion at an already busy intersection, and sacrificing the safety of school and neighborhood children.
