I would like to say that I have lost 3 of my close friends they were Debbie Cassie and now her son derek ,because of his inability to except that there was nothing he could of done!their for I lost 3 very close friends so I don't think he should see the lite of day ever again death sentence is not available in MA so no parole is the only way we can go please think of it as your friend or loved one that was taken from you ,he needs to stay in jail or get sentenced

There are drug addicts that get more time than he did. He RAPED and killed a 9 yr old girl! He should spend the rest of his life in jail with NO parole!

People have gotten more time for non-violent crimes. This creature destroyed lives and families and has shown absolutely no remorse or willingness to rehabilitate. Parole must be Denied!!!

July 29, 1999, with Cassie's name has been on my calendar since her murder. Her favorite book at LMS library was Beethoven. This man should not be released, ever!!!
