Not only what he did to the woman was wrong...but to serially abuse and murder a 9 yr ild...that's absolutely sick and no one who is capable of doing that should be released back into society. He deserves to sit in jail and rot.

The crimes this person committed are violent. Anyone who could sexually assault and murder a child is not fit to ever enter into the community again. Our nation is suffering with violence at an alarming rate. Please don't add to the dangers by releasing this monster.
