16 years for sexually assaulting a 9 yr old girl and killing both her and her mother. I don't think so. Life without parole or death seem fair. He is broken.

Debbie and her daughter cassie, were good friends of mine at the time of this horrific crime. he does not deserve the right to be free nor does he deserve the right to even breathe, Debbie was a kind and caring person and would allways help anyone when they needed it. cassie was an innocent victim and her life was cut too short, just cause of some loser acted the way he did, he not only took the lives of Debbie and cassie but knock the hearts of all that loved them. Debbie's mother was especially crushed and went through hell between the loss of her daughter and grandchild she passed away shortly after all of this with a broken heart. so I hope everyone can sign the petition and that he never see the outside of the walls he in now, and that no one else would have to deal with the emotional disaster of a killer that he is. please everyone I ask you to sign the petition to keep people like him behind bars for life.

Never to be free to put fear into another innocent human being.

I was on duty when this occurred and was the second officer to arrive on scene. I would strongly recommend no parole.
